Jelenia Góra is located at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains, in the heart of a picturesque mountain valley. The Mercure Jelenia Góra hotel is located near the historic part of the city and the thermal waters of the Cieplice health resort.

It is an ideal starting point for all kinds of excursions. The proximity to the border with the Czech Republic (30 km) and Germany (50 km) allows you to plan a day trip to Prague or Dresden. 15 km to Karpacz, 20 km to Szklarska Poręba and you can go on the trails of the Karkonosze and Izerskie Mountains, and in winter use the ski resorts.

The rooms

The hotel offers 188 comfortable rooms, 4 suites, 155 double rooms, 29 single rooms, including 2 rooms for the disabled.

Standard rooms are equipped with TV sets with satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrooms have showers, hairdryers are available. Terraces / Balconies are available in some corner rooms. For families, there are studio rooms, two independent rooms connected by an internal door and rooms with extra beds for children (fold-out sofa).

We also have 42 superior rooms. These are rooms after a general renovation, which took place in 2019. In addition to the equipment of standard rooms, you will also find air conditioning and an individual safe. The apartments consist of a living room and a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet. Guests have at their disposal a safe, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, bathrobes and slippers. Each apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view of the Giant Mountains.

The chef, Elżbieta Dziedzic, takes care of the taste and quality of the dishes, and in her work she focuses on details and uses her own products. A lover of fusion cuisine, whose philosophy is to combine various culinary traditions in one dish.

In the hotel itself, a recreational swimming pool is available for guests. It is a real relaxation zone for everyone, both adults and children who like to use the shallow part of the pool. The spacious, bright interior is perfect for relaxing after a day of work or exploring the city.
